By using Nikan Clinic’s online services (booking, patient portal and home care) you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. The deposit is settled or refunded at your visit as described.

The amount paid when booking is an advance to secure your appointment. With supplementary insurance it is refunded at your visit; otherwise it is deducted from the total fee.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late beyond the allowed time, your slot may be given to the next patient.

Nikan Clinic is committed to quality care that meets medical standards. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

We only collect what is needed to care for you: name, national ID, phone number and medical history. Your national ID identifies your medical file.

Your medical information is kept confidential and secure; only authorised clinical staff can access it.

We never share your data with third parties unless required by law or competent medical authorities. Insurance details are only used for billing.

Your phone number is used for verification codes, appointment reminders and service updates. You can opt out at any time.

You may view, correct or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the clinic.
